1. Overview
This Fulfillment Policy explains how and when NexusPeak, owned and operated by HA ECOM LLC ("we", "us", "our"), delivers the digital products and agency services purchased through nexuspeak.online. NexusPeak sells digital goods and professional services only. No physical products are shipped, so no shipping fees, carriers or tracking numbers apply to any order.
2. Digital products
Delivery method & timing
- Digital products (templates, UI kits, code snippets, icon packs, dashboards and bundles) are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with secure download links, typically within 5 minutes. The same links are available on your order status page.
- In rare cases an order may be held for a payment or fraud review. Held orders are reviewed and delivered within 24 hours.
Download access
- Download links remain active for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads per file.
- Need access again later? Email us your order number and we will re-issue fresh links at no cost.
- Product updates released after your purchase are sent to the email used at checkout, free of charge for the life of the product.
3. Agency services
Custom services (web design and development, brand identity, Shopify setup and automation) are fulfilled according to the plan or written quote you select.
Project kickoff
- After your deposit is received, we send an onboarding brief within 1 business day and schedule your kickoff call within 2 business days.
- Project timelines begin once the completed brief, content (copy, images, logos) and any required account access have been received.
Standard delivery timelines
- Starter ($299): 5–7 business days.
- Professional ($799): 10–14 business days.
- Enterprise ($1,499): 3–4 weeks.
- Custom quotes include their own timeline, confirmed in writing before work begins.
Milestones & revisions
- You receive previews at each milestone (concepts, design, development) for review and feedback.
- Revision rounds are included as defined in your plan. Each round is typically turned around within 2–3 business days.
- Delays in feedback or approvals on your side extend the delivery date by the same amount of time.
4. Files & project handover
- Final deliverables are provided through a secure shared folder and include all agreed source files (for example AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, FIG, ZIP or theme files).
- Websites and Shopify stores are handed over by transferring ownership or granting full collaborator access to your account, along with a launch checklist and a recorded walkthrough.
- Final files and ownership are released once the remaining balance is paid in full, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. Delays & non-delivery
- If you have not received your download email within 1 hour, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number.
- Delivery problems must be reported within 14 days of purchase so we can investigate and resolve them promptly.
- If an agency project is delayed by more than 7 business days for reasons within our control, we will contact you with a revised timeline and you may request a remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. International orders & taxes
We serve clients worldwide. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT or GST may be calculated and added at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Fulfillment Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Orders placed before an update are fulfilled under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
